Value Season: $275/night (2 night minimum stay)

Peak Season: $400/night (3-4 night minimum stay)
(7/1/26 – 7/31/26)

Policies
- Sleeps up to 12 people
- 1 night free with a 7+ night stay
- Security deposit for 2-4 night stay $300
- Security deposit for 5+ night stay $600
- Cleaning fee $175
- Primary renter needs to be a minimum age of 25
- No smoking
- No pets
- Check in at 4 pm
- Check out 10 am
- Daily maid service not included
* Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture or Columbine Lake.
Cancellation Policy
For Value and Regular Season rentals, with a 30-day prior notice of cancellation, the security deposit is refundable. For Peak and Holiday Season rentals, with a 60-day prior notice of cancellation, the security deposit is refundable. With less than a 30-day notice, a refund of your rental amount will be contingent upon our ability to re-rent your accommodations.
